Glass Land Acquisition Service Specialists, Inc.

Richard R. Glass, SR/WA, is the President of Glass Land Acquisition Service Specialists, Inc. He is a former District Right of Way Manager from the Florida Department of Transportation, District Six, Miami, Florida. Richard has over twenty-four (24) years of extensive real estate experience throughout the State of Florida. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (Real Estate) and a Master of Public Administration degree from Florida International University. He has held a Florida Real Estate Broker’s license for over twenty-three (23) years. Richard has also served on over twenty-five (25) state and local committees, has received over fourteen (14) awards and has presented numerous public speeches and presentations. He has also earned the International Right of Way Association’s SR/WA designation; has been an instructor for the Association and has previously been named “Professional of the Year” for Chapter 76.

During Richard’s tenure with the Department, not only in his duties as District Right of Way Manager, but also in leading selection committees, he saw an increasing need to hire qualified team members, real estate appraisers and real estate consultants. Consultants that “lived up” to the commitments made in proposals and those who could provide a quality product and service. Therefore, he partnered in a firm and has built a TEAM that can “live up” to its promises.
